What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with your VISA or MasterCard directly.

We accept all credit cards through PayPal. You don’t even need to have a PayPal account.

You can also make payment by direct deposit. Simply add the products to your cart then choose this as the payment method when prompted. You will then be emailed our bank account details and can make the payment by direct transfer. Be sure to use your order number as the reference.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. Just select PayPal at the checkout and you will be redirected to the PayPal site for payment.

How can I check whether my direct deposit payment has been received?

We check our direct deposits every morning so your order is packed and shipped once your payment has arrived into our account.

If you provide an email address you will receive an email from us to let you know your order has been sent off Express Post so it should then arrive to you within 1-3 working days depending if you are covered in the Australia Post next day delivery area or not.

What about Refunds?

Faulty Return.

A refund can only be given if the item is found to be faulty and within the warranty period. MyJoy offers a 30 day replacement warranty for faulty products due to their manufacture. This does not apply to goods that become damaged due to misuse.

Before returning please check the item to ensure:

  • The batteries are inserted the right way.
  • The batteries have plenty of charge or are heavy duty batteries.
  • The plastic case around the batteries has not been removed
  • The battery compartment is secured tightly.

In most cases this is the main reason for non-working products. If your problem still persists, please email us and we will be happy to further assist and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Here at MyJoy we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and our faulty returns policy is designed to provide peace of mind when purchasing from us.

Change of Mind.

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns if the product is not faulty, as once the product has been in your possession they can not be resold. We have to be extremely strict with this policy as I am sure most customers would not like to have purchased a product of this nature when someone else has already owned it. Unfortunately we are unable to accept everyone’s claim that their product remained unopened and unhandled as most of our stock does not come sealed in a way to prove this.

What name will appear on my Credit Card statement after I use it to make a purchase at MyJoy?

Here at MyJoy your privacy means everything to us, so we make sure we are discreet in our billing and shipping. When you pay through PayPal with either your account or credit card, the only name that will appear on your statement is RETAIL and RETAIL ONLINE.

When you pay directly with credit card it will show MYJOY DOCKLANDS only.

All parcels are wrapped in nondescript packaging.

Will I be contacted after I place an order?

Yes, an email will be sent to you providing information your order has been received. You will then receive another email once the order has been shipped.

We will not send any further emails or make contact after your order is received (unless you join our mailing list). Your details including name, information and email addresses are deleted from our system at this point.

How old do you have to be to buy sex toys?

You have to be 18 or older to buy products from MyJoy.

Safety and Hygiene

As with all sex toys and novelties, please make sure you wash them prior to use and again well after. Warm soapy water is the best way to keep your toys clean and fresh.

Never leave your toys on their chargers for long periods of time. This may cause damage to the battery which may result in over heating/fire.

Privacy

Your privacy is absolutely our number one priority and consideration at all times. Privacy, security and discretion are the fabric of MyJoy! We will never under any circumstances release your personal details, ordering information or any other collected data to any third party whatsoever. This includes our suppliers, contractors, affiliates, partners or anyone else not employed by MyJoy.

We don’t even keep your personal information – Once your order is shipped, we keep the information for 5 weeks to allow for any customer service or product enquiries that may result. After that time it is automatically overwritten with “x’s”. All employees at MyJoy have signed a confidentiality agreement that restricts them discussing with any person any order information or customer details.

With regards to unsolicited emails from us, please note that this will not happen! When you place an order, we request the minimum personal details necessary to deliver the product including delivery address, contact name and an email address for order status updates. This email address will be used strictly to communicate the status of the order, and for other order specific customer service tasks.

Shipping

All shipping within Australia is free. All orders are sent Australia Post or stated otherwise. Generally, delivery of orders within Australia is between 5-10 business days. However, we ask our customers to allow extra time for delivery as product availability may vary from time to time.

Shipping costs to New Zealand will be calculated once items have been placed in your cart.

Your parcel will be addressed with a printed label with the exact address you enter in the shopping cart. Any special instructions you indicate such as ‘leave at front door’ will be written by hand or printed on a label and put on the front of the parcel.

The return address will show our non descript P.O. Box and not any other suggestive name!

The products you order will be wrapped carefully for their protection and nondescript . There is no way to feel the contents, and the warehouse is very careful to ensure there is absolutely no giveaway that the parcel contains adult products.

Do you ship to overseas?

The only overseas country we are shipping to at the moment is New Zealand.

In no event shall MyJoy, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages related to any product sold. All adult products sold on this site are sold as novelties.

By purchasing from this site you declare you are an adult at least 18 years of age and can lawfully enter into and form contracts under Australian law.

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on change of mind returns for any products purchased. Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via email info@myjoy.com.au. Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases, and products found to be working upon return will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
